I came to Salesforce from inside a law firm, so I know what the person doing the work needs to see next.
My first legal job was answering intake calls. From there I ran marketing, then operations, and started building the firm's systems myself. That firm became my first client and still is one.
Since then I have led at least 14 implementations end to end for personal injury, employment, workers' compensation and disability firms and for a State Bar, and I lead Mitratech CaseCloud Implementations as a partner. The work runs from settlement screens and call tracking to integrations, dashboards and AI agents.
I also know the finance side. I have run a handful of accounting implementations and manage accounting for several clients, so trust, settlements and fees are familiar ground.
I lead every engagement personally, from the first consultation through go-live and support.

Intake
Started answering intake calls at a North Carolina plaintiff employment firm, then moved into marketing and operations.
- 2020
Salesforce
Began building on Salesforce for the same firm.
- 2021
Litify
Led the firm's move onto Litify as its Salesforce administrator. Joined the FINRA roster of public arbitrators.

Certified
Salesforce Platform Foundations, then Platform Administrator. First of yearly trips to Salesforce World Tour New York.

App Builder
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
