of vendor invoice entry per run, now just review and approve

An Illinois personal injury firm's finance team runs four kinds of vendor invoices every week or two. An Agentforce agent now reads each invoice and codes it to the matter and cost code. Settlement and trust tools replaced the team's spreadsheets.

How it all connects

  1. Salesforce runs the practice.

Intakes, matters, time, expenses and documents live in one org, on Litify, CaseCloud or a custom build.

  2. Work starts in many places.

Web chat, tracked calls, web forms, referral platforms and booking links each need to land on the right record, with the source attached.

  3. Other systems have to agree with it.

Documents, accounting and trust, reporting and membership platforms each hold part of the story.

  4. Access and AI sit around it.

Sign-on decides who gets in. AI assistants should read your data without changing it.

  5. The work is at the joins.

Most of what we build is the handoff between two of these systems, and the checks that prove it worked.

How the systems connectSalesforce sits in the center, running Litify, CaseCloud or a custom build. Intake sources feed it from the left: web chat, call tracking, web forms and referrals, and consult scheduling. On the right it connects to documents (NetDocuments, iManage, SharePoint, Box and Docrio), accounting and trust, reporting and membership platforms. AI assistants read from it, and Microsoft Entra ID controls who can sign in.Where work startsWhat has to agree with itWeb chat intakeAgentforce agent on your siteCall trackingCallRail calls and campaignsWeb forms and referralsLead vendors, referral platformsConsult schedulingBooking links by consult typeDocumentsNetDocuments, iManage,SharePoint, Box, DocrioAccounting and trustLawAccounting, Accounting SeedReportingDashboards, fee reports, TableauMembership platformsMember and fees syncAI assistantsAgentforce agents, Claude with read-only accessIdentityMicrosoft Entra ID sign-on and user provisioningSalesforceLitify, CaseCloudor a custom build

How a project runs

The same five steps whether the job takes an afternoon or three months.

  1. Consultation

A paid working session on your problem. You leave with a straight answer and next steps.

  2. Scope and estimate

A written scope with an estimate in hours, before any work starts.

  3. Build in a sandbox

Changes are built and tested away from your live system.

  4. Deploy with notes

You sign off, we deploy, and your team keeps written notes on what changed.

  5. Train and support

Your staff learn it, and we stay on to fix, adjust and answer questions.

From legal intake to Salesforce.

I started in 2019 answering intake calls at a North Carolina plaintiff employment firm. I went on to run its marketing and operations, started building on Salesforce in 2020, and in 2021 led its move onto Litify. That firm is still a client.

I lead every engagement personally, from the first consultation through go-live and support.
